rlist 1.1 by Kelvin Sherlock

        rlist  gives  a  listing  of  all resources in a file to stdout.
        Information listed includes: 

        Type - the 16 bit resource type.  Please see RInclude/types.rez, 
        <resources.h>, ResourceMgr.pas, e16.resources, or Toolbox
        Reference #3 for more information.  

        ID - the 32 bit ID for the resource.  

        Attributes  -  the  16 bit attribute flag of the resource, which
        determines how the resource is loaded by the Resource Manager.

	        $0010 	NoCrossBank 
	        $0040 	Preload
	        $0080 	Protected 
	        $0100 	Purgeable1 
	        $0200 	Purgeable2

	        $0400 	AbsoluteLoad 
	        $0800 	Convert 
	        $4000 	Locked 
	        $8000 	Fixed 

        Size - the size (in bytes) of the resource.  

	For Macintosh resource forks, the information listed is as follows
	
	Type - a 32 bit type of the resource, displayed as printable
	ascii characters.

	ID - the 16 bit ID of the resource.

	Attributes - the 8 bit attribute flag

	Size - size in bytes of the resource.
